Regional Fireside and Dance

Please note: We have decided to not post anybody's names on this blog for reasons of security, but you know who your are, right?

We had a great time at the multi-stake dinner, fireside, and dance in Redlands on Saturday night.  Dinner was provided by the In-N-Out truck.  Yum!  The fireside by a member of the seventy was about 3 gardens: the Garden of Eden, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the garden tomb.  Then the party began!  There were SO MANY kids there - someone said about 450, so the odds of finding someone to dance with were really good.

But with all those bodies, that cultural hall got pretty HOT pretty quick!

Here the girls are happy in front of the huge power fan.  The fans were wonderful!  The kids stood in line just to have the chance to stand in front of the fan for a few seconds.  Unfortunately, you couldn't feel the air over on the dance floor, but that didn't stop anyone from dancing.

It was fun to hang out with our friends from the other wards...

enjoy the friends we invited to come with us,..

and meet new (and some cute) friends from all over area.

Of course, the best part was singing Wicked at the top of our lungs on the way home to keep Sis. V. awake.  Well, that was Sis. V's favorite part, anyway.

Everybody has to come next time, OK?
